What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front Desk and Camp Counselor, you’ll play a dual role in ensuring both our furry guests and their owners have an unforgettable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting pet parents and checking in/out their four-legged companions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Supervising and engaging with dogs in play areas, ensuring their safety and happiness.
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment, including light cleaning duties.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
• Monitoring the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet for extended periods to keep up with the demands of the job.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and ready to roll up their sleeves. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• A love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods of time.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
